Our Commitment to Fair Housing

We believe everyone deserves the same access to housing opportunities, and we do not discriminate in the sale, rental, financing, or marketing of real estate.
Protected Classes
Consistent with federal law, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability. Florida and local law may extend similar protections to additional characteristics. Our agents are expected to treat every client, customer, and member of the public fairly and equally, regardless of background.
Equal Professional Service
Every client and prospective client receives the same level of service, information, and courtesy from our agents, regardless of any protected characteristic. This includes how we present listings, respond to inquiries, show properties, and represent buyers and sellers throughout a transaction. Steering, discouraging, or differential treatment based on a protected class has no place in our business.
